Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, bring it to our store in Asansol within 3 days of purchase with the original receipt.

2. Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds. In case a product is defective and an exact replacement is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 6 months.

3. Non-returnable Items

2. Future Shipping

We are actively working on implementing Pan-India shipping. Once our e-commerce platform is fully live, standard delivery timelines of 5-7 business days will apply.

3. Order Processing

Store pickup orders placed via WhatsApp are processed within 2-4 hours during standard business hours (10 AM - 9 PM).
